We are pleased to offer our studio for rentals to organizations, groups, or individuals seeking space to hold events, classes, workshops, and more!  Two rooms are available with varying rates based on intended use defined below.

General Info

  • Studio rooms are equipped with a sound system, wifi, and ballet barres.  All other equipment and props must be pre-approved 

  • A non-refundable payment is due in full at least one week prior to rental start date

  • All renters and participants must complete a Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Ongoing Instructional Classes

For those looking to rent our space to host your own instructional classes on a regular basis

  • Minimum commitment of a 4 Week Block is required, priority to rentals with 6 Week Block

  • Marketing materials provided by renter and approved by management may be included in our marketing platforms
